How about <a href="http://graybit.com/" rel="nofollow">GrayBit</a> (though you did mention it indirectly being it's on the WAT for Opera)?

The drawback to this tool is it offer subjective feedback only.

Watchfire is an online validator so it's more of a tool than a resource and you'll find it's actually linked to from the Mozilla Accessibility Extension and the Web Accessibility Toolbar.

As with all online validators, they should only be used as a starting point. They will help you catch errors, but most of the warnings that they raise will need to be checked manually. A pass with any online validator shouldn't be considered a definite pass for any particular level of WCAG success criteria (i.e., if Watchfire tells you your site passes AAA compliance, it's highly doubtful that it actually does).
