@John

Nevermind...I actually found uncommenting the line following // Session control and security check.

Which was line 29 in my altered config_tinybrowser.php

Worked. Now it works in every browser.

I set a $_SESSION variable before opening tinybrowser so that I can pass to it a folder that I want used for the uploads.

@John

I installed TinyBrowser, noticed you had issues in firefox too. My installation works flawlessly in IE, but not in chrome or firefox. Tried the .htaccess fix you mentioned, but that only gave me a 500 internal server error when I tried it.

Any thoughts?

Hi all,

In the end I went for TinyBrowser and after a few problems I have exactly what I want. It's a very professional looking application.

As few observations that I made along the way are that it doesn't appear to like sessions and spits out "you require permission to view this page" and that it's not too happy when you use PHP requires and includes to pull in script into config_tinybrowser.php,

Other than that it's great.

I've not found a fix for the JavaScript issue I have with KFM mentioned above, and I when I insert an image the address used is the address of plugin directory rather than the directory where the images are uploaded too.

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Hi Kae,

Many thanks for that. I will take a look.

However the problem I have now is a JavaScript error on upload.php when I try loading an image:

parent.kfm_vars is null or not an object

Hi Melvis,
 the admin panel in KFM is not required - you can remove it by simply deleting the "/admin" directory. It's there for convenience only.

Does anyone have any advice on which of these solutions would be best for multi user solution?

I've looked at KFM but it includes an admin panel that is a bit of a hole in my mind.

I can create folders with Tinybrowser, but can't delete them. The checkboxes are greyed out. Anyone with the same experience?
