		<description>You can adjust the baseline I think John. I realize it doesn&#039;t solve the actual issue you&#039;re writing about. I mentioned it because in some instances it&#039;ll work out well for those who don&#039;t know it.</description>

Not really. The resizing of the first-letter on :hover bug still exists in Firefox. Actually it doesn&#039;t matter whether your text is uppercase or small-caps or not, it still exists. The article&#039;s more about documentating the &#039;bugginess&#039; than finding a solution to my specific styling issue.

But bug aside, small-caps still doesn&#039;t give me the effect I&#039;m going for as it only increases the size of the first letter a little bit and not as much as I wanted.</description>
