Tyssen Design receives ‘Quality Universal Design’ award
Tyssen Design has been recognised by Accessites.org with a ‘Quality Universal Design’ (score 24.43).
Accessites‘ mission is to:
…showcase and provide awards-recognition for certain websites – and the developers and designers who make them – which shatter the misconception that accessible web sites are boring and basic. It’s not so and we intend to prove it, or rather, we’ll ask others to furnish the evidence for us.
Accessites criteria grade a site on its accessibility, adherence to web standards, good looks and attention to detail.
This is the second time Tyssen Design has been awarded by Accessites as the previous design received a ‘Notable Universal Design’ award with a score of 19.53.
I’m very happy that the improvements made to version 2 of the site have been recognised and appreciated and I’d just like to thank the people at Accessites for giving up their free time to grade mine and others’ sites and for their efforts in promoting accessible web design.
